.net 2.0 masterpage problems

I am getting the following error when I installed the live support on our hosted site withe the "livesupport" folder configure as a web application.

The virtual path '/master/MasterPage.master' maps to another application, which is not allowed.

please advise

Can you explain what do you have in the "livesupport" folder?
