We notice when we get feedback, we really have no way of knowing there is feedback that exists. Is there a way to be alerted of this?

We are working on a solution to this issue. Right now we consider to use email notification when a feedback is received.

so are you saying there is a way to get an email notification or is this what you are considering doing? if you displayed the number next to the icon of how many there are to be "read" that would be acceptable as well.
