What happens if someone in IE 5.0 or Netscape 6.x hits a page with the content editor? What will they see? Can they still enter content?

Ok, I posted this in Netscape. I saw a textarea. Is there special properties I need to pay attention to when dealing with Netscape?

No, when the control detects the client browser is down-level browsers(Not IE 5.5), it will return a traditional text box
