Spell Checker error

I just installed CuteEditor for ASP v.5.2. On the simple.asp page, when I click Spell Check, I get this error message:

Here is the message that appears in the Event Viewer:

Description:
Failed to execute the request because the ASP.NET process identity does not have read permissions to the global assembly cache. Error: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

NetSpell.SpellChecker.dll and en-US.dic are both in a /bin folder off of the root of my webserver. Please advise.

Please contact your host and send the following error message to them:

What "host"? The webserver is right here at my desktop (the same machine I am posting from right now - development only, i.e. not on the internet).

Actually, the solution turned out to be much simpler. I just needed to give the anonymous webserver account (IUSR_computername) rights to the folder in which the NetSpell.SpellChecker.dll was located (/bin).
