I am by developing a webapplication , this application it shall assayed well into one webserver (www.locaweb.com.br) AND afterward it shall he installs well into one server from the intranet , what licence I must buy?? to create the aplication and publish in webserver (public) and latter in webserver (intranet)?

As an example, what if I have a domain i.e. 1 server such as http://webportal.com (not sure if this is a real address) and I have several websites in subfolders such as webportal.com/site1, webportal.com/site2 etc. In these sites I'm using the editor to allow users to self-edit their pages. Now if I have domain names pointing to these sites such as abc.org pointing to site1 and def.org pointing to site2 will a single licence do or a small business?
