When entering Cute Chat as a Moderator, right click the dialogue area and select Admin > Set Password

When a user logs into a chat room, it says {(UI_USER_Silence)] and they cannot send any messages. How can this be fixed? http://www.logistixonline.com/additional/cutechat.jpg

Hi Adam/Karen,

 

I've worked out why {(UI_USER_Silence)] appears for all non-administrators that login to a Chat Room. When logging in as Cute Chat administrator, you must make sure Public is ticked under Room Administration.

 

All users can then exchange messages with no problems! One problem down, one to go!

Thanks for your help correcting the bad English. For everyone's reference, the error can be corrected in the \Languages folder by opening up your language file, such as "en-us.xml".

 

Open the file, scroll to the bottom and make the necessary changes. Upload the new file and the problem is fixed!
