    I am brand new to this product. I purchased web messenger only and I have many questions. I know nothing about asp. Detail info is needed. Can I log conversations? How can I get rid of gender and age in registration. I saw a post on gender but couldn't understand it well enough to do it. I need to edit agreement but when I do I get server errors when I save it. There are very few option in the web client. Basically sign in and sign out, add contacts, contacts, offline messages and help. Is that all there should be? Can the web client have sound?

    Please modify the sample portal project which is an open source project.

    Just modify agreement.aspx directly.

    Thanks for the info that helps alot. More questions though. How can I veiw the coversation logs? WHere can I find the open source project? Sound doesn't seem to be working any suggestions on ho wto trouble shoot it? Can messenger be configured so that the messenge windows doesn't pop up in front of a user? Thanks...

    Login as admin, go to "Administration Console".  Click "View/delete/export Chat Log" tab.
     
    View/delete/export Chat Log
    Cute Chat stores all the chat messages and events into the database. The View/delete/export chat log Tab allows the system administrator to view, delete or export log file.

    Hi Adam,
     
    I have a license for CuteChat and Messenger, but logs for the Messenger do not show up. Only logs for chat rooms I have created or Live Support seem to be available. If Messenger logs are supposed to be here, why aren't mine?

    There is no control panel in cute web messenger. Is there something a I am missing here? I have no logging inside the admin account. I can pull from the databse through access but not through the program.

    Web messenger shares the control panel with Cute Chat in the current version. We've separated them in the coming version.

    This new release sounds more and more interesting! Are we correct in saying Messenger isn't logged at the moment, but will be in the upcoming version?

    Messenger does log. But from what I have experienced you have to pull it from sql. I used Access to do it.
