How do I set values Globally? (ie, breakelement, themetype etc)

Hi there,

I'd like to be able to set values in the Web.Config, or anywhere so that all instances of CuteEditor in my project contain certain values.

For instance I'd like BreakElement="P" and ThemeType="Office2003" among many others set once, globally, so I don't have to remember every time I create an instance of CuteEditor to set these values. Is this possible? I tried in appSettings with key="CuteEditorBreakElement" value="P" which didn't work.

This feature is not supported.

You can create a base editor class. In this editor class, you can read the configuration setting sin your web.config and set it to editor.

Then you can inherit this base class in every instance of editor.

Ok, thanks very much. Seems like a reasonable way of doing it.

Maybe the next versions of CuteEditor will allow a .config file for these values :)
