    2. You have your own License File, but you are using an Evaluation License file.

    Solution:

    • Please find the license file we sent to you upon purchase, and upload it to your server. If you are unable to find the license file, email us and specify the email address used for purchasing in your response.

Re: installed full license, but still getting "trial version has expired"

I have the same error message. I thought I was the only one that have this problem. I purchased a full version with a valid license sent from Karen but after 15 to 30 days later, I kept getting this error. When I looked at the modify date of the .lic file, it has changed to the trial version date. It's hard to believe that this file got changed by itself. So far, I have not found a fix for this. Cute Editor is not helpful in resolving issue besides trying another version of their .lic file.

Re: installed full license, but still getting "trial version has expired"

    Dear StoutCharlie,

This error message means you are using temporary license or your permanent license is overriden by temporary license, permanent license never expired.  The default license folder is "bin" and file name is "cuteeditor.lic". Can you copy the permanent license karen sent to u to license folder and test it again?

    Keep us known.

    Regards,
    Eric
