You list a feature called Chat Transfer (Transfer calls from one operator to the other, for example transfer a customer from a sales assistant to a support operator or escalate a call from an operator to a manager.)
- How does one transfer the chat to another operator?
- Can an operator be added to the chat without losing the current operator.?
We were able to do this in an earlier version of this program, but cannot find it in the current version.
