View the chat session below. This happens too often.

What does this mean?

How is it fixed ?

How is it prevented ?

the sesson script is:

Connected!

greenbook has entered the room.

Joe:	How is everything?
greenbook:	OK. I am in trying to print a report and I keep getting an application error. It doesn't matter which report.

The connection to the chat server is lost. NOCONNECTIONconn-_109;

The error means the user suddently los the connection to the web server.

It could be caused by the network, server reset...

Please check the event log to get a better idea of the error.

There are two types of error.

1. Server error or NetWork error.

You have to check the server event log to get the details.

2. Cute Live Support application error.

For the second error, you can find the log file under "Errors" folder.
