I've got a minor problem - hope there's a workaround for it:

 

I use CTE in combination with some custom dialogs. I put cursor to a desired place inside CTE. Then I hit a button that invokes custom dialog. Custom dialog has som inputs inside. I select any of them adn press a button that calls for stabdard sequence -

var editor=Window_GetDialogArguments(window);
  var ta=document.getElementById("ta");
  editor.PasteHTML(ta.value); 

 

After that text is inserted to thу very begining of the input area, but not at the cursor position (what is expected). This can be reproduced for IE 6 with create_a_custom_dialog.aspx that is included to samples package.

 

Any ideas how to deal with this?

Hm. Your example is OK.

 

But I've dowmloaded the latest apckage available (6.1.2) - and it is all the same for example enclosed.

Does it mean that downloadable samples are out of date or you have a newer editor build that is not released yet?

The demo in our site uses the same version as download package.

 

I just tested the examples included in the download package, it works ok.

 

Can you test this example?

Seems like it is all set now.

 

I've got a combination of issues:

1) This issue may happen because of slow internet channel - some scripts take a while to download, so I had that unexpected behaviour for all examples, including example form your site, while doing insertion quick. This might be caused by IE cache setting 'always update files' as well - not pretty sure

2) Package I've downloaded from your site nearly a week ago (6.1.2 release) appeared to be not the latest one. However, current version is 6.1.2 as well - I've downloaded it again and ensured that releases does not match. May be, it was overriten locally by someone on my side - so it could be completely my fault.

 

Anyway, now it works as I want it to work - thank you.
