ERROR with moving files from sub directory to "/"

Hello,

please to this steps:

1) Click on "Insert Image"
2) Create a sub directory
3) Upload an image into the sub directory
4) Check the Image an click on "Move the selected file" and try to move to "/".

You see that the image will not be moved.
