Having a problem where the Greek and many other special characters. When I click on the special character icon the pop up appears with the selection menu but I see standard characters in the upper half !"#$&...xzy{|}~ and then some special characters.  There is a Greek beta, numerous eastern european characters but no greek alpha, , delta, gamma, omega ...

I see the same problem on Mac Safari, Firefox and on a PC Internet Explorer

Any help would be appreciated.
