Proactive Chat "Icon"

The appearance of the proactive chat pop-up on our site is less than satisfactory. The angled sides pixelate (sp?) badly. Are there alternatives available or a template that defines the live areas for accepting and rejecting the invitation? Thanks!

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Support-Visitor-monitor.js.aspx and modify the following code:
