Chat session of the user not expired even after click on the close button.

I click image for chat as user and and provide my user name in the "CuteLiveSupport/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/SupportClient.aspx"

After that chat is accepted by the operator and I click the close button.

I again try to open the chat by clicking the image. It doesn't ask for my credentials and connect me with dummy user id Guest_430e.

It shows the user is connected however no one is chatting with that user.

How to reslove these issues?

Somil,

When this happens, Cute Live Support thinks the client's Network is disconnected. So the old converstation is restored.

Hi Adam,

Network is not disconnected. Even if the Network is diconnected it will not start with the dummy user, correct me if i am wrong.

Let me give your more details about the senario

Cute Live Support website is hosted on different system.

The Demo site which incldue the following script tag is hosted on different IIS.

When user browse the Demo site and click the image button first tiem, chat screen for credentials appear however after user clicks on close button and again click on chat button it starts chatting as a dummy user. No corresponding request appears on the operator screen to accept the request.

Please help me out.

Somil,

When the same user comes back the converstation, if the user doesn't input the username, the user can join the same converstation and he/she will get a guest username.
