I want to make sure that "Nudge" function is working only between agents/operators and "chat users. When i user "Nudge" in Agents tab, there is no effect.

 

Is this something wrong with my side or it is not available for agents?

 

Can someone answer this question for me?

Nudge funtion only work on the visitor side window.

Is it possible to disable the Nudge icon in Agents tab? Since it is visible on agents, it is expected that they can use this function.

 

Kindly advise. I'd like to disable it if possible.
