    I just completed my purchase of a single domain license and am now beginning the installation and setup. 
    So far, I have:
    1. Extracted the zip file for CuteLiveSupport (standalone)
    2. Copied the Entire contents of "CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat" to the root of my website
    3. Executed the script that adds the proper tables to my SQL Server database (that is on another server)(tables added Ok)
    4. Modified the web.config file in my root to use my SQL Server connection string
     
    Upon executing the "Cute Live Support" on my system to connect to my website. I received the following message:

    System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process
    request. —-> System.Exception: ChatProvider not initialized

     Can anyone point me in the right direction on this particular error?

    Yes, I saw that.  I am not intending to "integrate" into the Membership roles. 
    I am trying to perform the installation described that has me copying a directory
    of files to the website and then installing the Operator console.

    This step is necessary, Cute LiveSupport need to get all information in the chat provider.

    Hi Ken.  The link you gave for Step 4 looks like pseudocode, not actual code and it does not
    tell me where to copy-and-paste the code.  I was able to finally get the chat buttons to show
    up by copying the Global.asax file into my website root (it did not use Global.asax).  I was
    also able to modify web.config to point to my off-site SQL Server and use authenticated
    SMTP settings.
     
    Now I am trying to get the chat dialogs to work and use the cross-domain monitor code
    as described by Adam.  So far... no luck.

    Hi Larry-E-Taylor,
     
    Please download the package below.The package contain a floder name "ChatProvider examples", there are several ChatProvider examples.
     
    you can refer to that examples to make your own chatprovider.
