I'm preparing a site through which visitors will upload images.
The original images are going to be 3072pixels x 2304pixels

 

Is it possible to reduce size of the images on the client side before uploading?

 

I want;
- The upload time to be less
- Images will to take less disk space

You cannot resize the images on the client side.

 

You have to upload the images into the server and resize it automatically using server side code.
