Can I automatically connect another user?

I would like to automatically connect a logged in user to another.

I have a system that is listing a number of items with each being from a different user. I would like to connect the logged in user to the poster of the info. I have the username of the poster.

Can I automatically connect another user via Cutechat (assuming both users are online)?

Live Support will be available in the next month.

I am not sure when we can finish the Date Chat.
