Chat is not inserting / saving the chat messages in “CuteChat4_InstantMessage” table. As such we have no history available. Plz help.

Please check table CuteChat4_LogMessage, you should can find the chat history in this table.

Unfortunately they are not getting saved there too.

Any update on this? it is preventing us from seeing any chat history

If you restart your application, does it work fine?

You can provide ftp access and database access to [email protected]  or visit http://CuteSoft.net, click on the big blue button on top that reads "online". We are here Monday - Friday between 9:30am and 17:30pm Eastern Standard Time. I will check this issue for you.
