Can custom buttons be added to the toolbar in Preview Mode?

The only way to add a custom button to toolbar in the previw mode is using Editor.BottomTemplate property.

/// This property allows developers add controls to the bottom of the Editor control.

<BottomTemplate>
<asp:textbox id="textbox1" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
