We are testing Cute live Support on Oracle Database.
When the column "COMMENTBY" for table "CUTECHAT4_SUPPORTFEEDBACK" is null, Cute Live Support cannot start.
This message appears :
"Failed to connect to chat Service :
... The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error
..."
When we add some text in the "COMMENTBY" column, Cute Live Support starts.
This null column occurs when a client sends a feedback message when the support is offline.
Have we done something wrong when we set up the database or is this a true issue ?
If it is a true issue and without new version, we have to look for another chat tool.
