Q1. Can I change the Rating's name in operator system?

For example,

currently, there is "Very Good", "Good", "Normal", "Bad", "Very Bad".

I want to change "★★★★★", "★★★★"....

I changed client popup window. But it is still unchanged in operator system(Cute Live Support) (in Conversations section)

So is it possible?

 

 Q2. "Accept First", "Accept" what is different?

Q1

 

1. Open file "Languages/autogenerated.xml" which under the  operator install root.

 

2. Find section below . That are the operator rating values.

 

<resource name="MySupportPanel.RatingLevel5">Very Good</resource>
<resource name="MySupportPanel.RatingLevel4">Good</resource>
<resource name="MySupportPanel.RatingLevel3">Normal</resource>
<resource name="MySupportPanel.RatingLevel2">Bad</resource>
<resource name="MySupportPanel.RatingLevel1">Very Bad</resource>

Accept First mean accept the first call

 

Accept allow you select to accept which call you want. (select the user name in the queue list which above the accept button)

Q1. I  searched the file under Web/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Languages...but there is no "autogenerated.xml" file.

 And there is no "RedirectForumToChat.aspx" file, "Themes" folder too. (these are needed integration with my web application, right?)

 Where can I find them?

For Q1, the file  autogenerated.xml is under your LiveSupportOperator application's path, Languages folder

Okay, I found it! And I succeeded in changing it.

But I was wondering, if there is 10 operators, I need to change 10 file(autogenrated.xml)?

They can use the same  autogenerated.xml. Send your file to them and replace the old one.
