Do you know what browser/version they are using?

 

Can you reproduce this issue yourself? If so, please show me the full steps, it will be very helpful.

Hi Ken,

I cannot reproduce the error. Our customer is overseas and has very limited computer skill. Unfortunately, I couldn't get him to test it on your website.

 

It is custom error and specifies that it fails to load something. Do you have any idea if any thing I can start to dignose the issue?

 

FYI, it's acutally not single issue to one customer. A lot of our users are having the same issue
