We have purchased an IP license using the public IP address of a Windows server but we get error :

The License for AjaxUploader is not valid. \n\n You are using an IP license file. \n\n The IP address in the license file doesn't match the actual IP address(10.0.4.3) of the web site.

Has anyone had this issue, do we need to get another license using the internal IP address, do CuteSoft issue licenses for internal/private IP addresses, surely it's open to abuse.

hi,

you can send a mail to [email protected] and provide the buyer's email address, adam will handle the ip change for your to correct this issue. if the license gets the  internal ip on your site, then it will always use the same, has no way to change that, the only way is correct the ip for your license to fix this.
