Difference between Developer and Redistribution License?

For Editor for .NET, I see that a single Developer license offers "royalty free runtimes". For the same price, you can get a Redistribution License which offers use by unlimited developers. It seems like the Redist product offers more for the same price. Am I interpreting this correctly? (...probably not)

To be simple, if you are independent developer, you should go with developer

license which has the royalty free rights.

If you want to distribute CuteEditor on a single commercial application, you

should go with the redistribution license which allows multiple developers use the control.

If you have less than 4 developers in your development team, the development

team is your best choice.

In other cases, you should go with the enterprise license.
