I just upgraded from 4.0 tp 4.5 but is giving me error when I click on the following Icons. 

Insert Image,
Insert Templates,
Insert Hyprelink

 

Rest of the ICons are working fine.

I get the following Javscript error.

1.     Insert Image: _imageDialogFeature is undefined
2.     Insert Templates: _templateDialogFeature is undefined
3.    Insert Hyprelink: Unknow Runtime Error

What could have gone wrong when everything else if working fine.

I think you didn't updated all the cute Editor client files.

Please check your CuteEditor folder and make sure the following file exists:
