The height of the rendered control seems to be off in a vs 2005 web site

I have set the height to 250px, but it is larger than that.

Also, when I change from 'Normal' to 'Html' the height of the control reduces.

And in full screen mode the Normal, Html and preview buttons are off the bottom of the window.

Any ideas?
