• Re: XHTML and XSLT question

I saw that this post was similar to the issue I was describing. That one was resolved by downloading the CE again. So, for grins, I did it again. Even though I can detect no difference in the file sizes of the DLLs or the Scripts folder that I downloaded last week, I now have the proper encoding being done on submit. I don't know why this ...

Adam: 1. Can you try this example? http://cutesoft.net/example/xmloutput.aspx 2. If you can't reproduce the problem in the above example, please upload this file to your server. 3. If you can't reproduce the problem in the example running on your server, you have to debug your ...

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

We have had several people and clients at different locations around the US try my example I set up for you at our hosted site. It has not worked for a single one of them. This thread has been ignored now for a week. If you have any ideas of why this encoding would not work, or any advice on where to look to see if my application is ...

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

Can I get an answer to the above question? I need to know if there is some kind of conflict my application is causing, and if so, what I should look for. I've taken everything out and still had the problem so far, so I am at a loss.

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

I can only guess that this is caused by something in our application blocking something that needs to run in the CE to do that encoding. Does that part of the encoding run in the script library client side before the postback, or is that supposed to run server side?

Ok, this link works. The only thing that has changed is that I am remoted into my office machine (the one I was using earlier) from home.

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

What do you mean it works correctly? It doesn't for me. When you submit, you don't get <!-- test test test test -> in the lower text box?

I sent you an email, and I will put this page up in a second. I'll email you that link.

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

Well, I can give you a link to our client demo. The only problem is that you won't see the HTML tab and you can't see the data as it's going into the database. I'll send the info to your email address.

  • Re: XHTML and XSLT question

Same code as me basically. When I step through in debug mode and break at what would be your textbox1.Text = Editor1.XHTML and hover over XHTML, I get the incorrect one. As a matter of fact, it looks like it has been encoded twice already: <!-- --> for example. I just put in the text and submit and that's what I ...
