    We have told the user that CuteEditor can be maximised to fill the whole screen.&nbsp; Any ideas on the other matters raised? Cutting and pasting from CuteEditor to Word isn't the best workaround! &nbsp; Peter

    Adam &nbsp; We use CuteEditor to write replies to letters.&nbsp; When we print the letters out, we send them as hard copy replies to people, &nbsp;headers and footers appear on the printed output.&nbsp; These are picked up from the header and footer settings in Internet Explorer. &nbsp; The workaround we have is to tell people to delete the ...
