I'm also having the sound problem :    - localhost server : all sounds work perfectly     - remote server : only the BUZZ sound works  The sound alerts are an important feature. Do you have any solution ?

Hello!    I just installed the 5.0 version of the cutesoft web messenger, but it shows embeded in the page, so when the user changes the page, the embeded messenger dissapears.     How or what should I change to use the web messenger in pop-up window mode???     Regards.
