• Please give a name for the point of contact - Purchasing Department
• please note orders are payable for Net 30 days
• Include all pertinent telephone numbers, both voice and fax.
• Most importantly, please include the e-mail address of the person who handles license registration
• Please include the Product ID number as well as the cost of the program.
