Your career data.

Checker and file import

The keyword checker and PDF/TXT import process text in your browser. Using these features does not send resume text to an AI service. Saved resumes and application records use local browser storage. People with access to your device or browser profile may access them.

Optional AI rewriting

When you check the consent box and choose AI rewriting, your resume and target job text are sent through the RichScripts server to OpenAI to prepare a draft resume and cover letter. Do not include information you do not want to share with that provider. The request disables API response storage, but the provider may retain data under its own operational policies. RichScripts does not persist the submitted resume or generated draft on its server in this edition. The service retains hashed network identifiers and daily counts for rate limiting; routine host logs may contain IP addresses, paths and browser information.

Your records and exports

Use “Delete local career data” to remove saved records. Exported backups, resumes and employer drafts remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted separately. Browser clearing can erase local records. Account sync is not active. AI drafts are not automatically submitted to employers or published.

Job sources

The public catalog contains job metadata, original source URLs, source deadlines and last-checked timestamps. Original job sites have their own privacy policies. Opening a listing or official source takes you to that provider. Our photos are AI-created editorial scenes, not real customer testimonials.

Mobile tracker

The mobile tracker stores applications on its device. Reminder permissions are optional. The resume website link opens without attaching application data. Sharing a backup sends its contents to the destination you choose in the device share sheet.
