I'm having problems when someone uses the editor and tries to copy and paste from another website into the editor.

- It allows them to copy and paste pictures - the problem is that many pictures are wider than my editor space that I allow
- If the html or tables copied are wider than my editor, it still allows them to copy and paste which makes the scroll bar come up in the editor which changes my graphics formatting. 

Is there any way to prevent these things from happening?

Try set Editor.EditorOnPaste property to pastetext.
