Some users are getting "# 296 Unspecified error." when trying to insert Emoticons. All are using Internet Explorer 6.0

Any ideas? I would estimate approximately 40% are getting the error and it needs to be addressed.

it should be a javascript error .

Do you see more error details ?

for example , the filename and line number ?
