I was just posed this question... how does the chat decide which 'agent' gets prompted when a 'client' wants to chat?  They are curious simply because commission is based upon successful sign-ups and they just wanted to make sure a fair system was in place.  Is it just a simple polling ala round-robbin or something a little more.  Any answers are welcome... TIA!

All agents will get prompted at first.

 

After the client is accepted by one of the agent, the pop-up window of new messages will be shown only to that agent.
