Font, Size and FormatBlock dropdownlist rows height is constant

I guess this picture says it all. The same happends to the Size and FormatBlock dropdownlists. Whats the problem?

Please remove the style sheet used by the current page then try again.

If the problem is resolved, please post this style sheet.
