Delete Log

    Delete Log

    I've deleted all of the logged messages through the "View/delete/Expot log" function in the Chat Admin.  That worked fine but now none of the messages are being logged.  How can I get the logging to work again?

    Hi,
     
    I think the cutechat get error while log the message again.
     
    Please use this at web.config,
     
    <appSettings>
    <add key="CuteChat.EnableErrorLog" value="True">
    </appSettings>
    And then check what happens in the ~/Errors folder.

    Thanks for the reply.  I've enabled the error log but I don't see an ~/Errors folder.  Where should it be?
