We are using the CuteEditor component on the www.educopark.com.

Recently, several users experienced the same problem.

After some moment Image Gallery stops showing thumbs for newly uploaded pictures. It's strange because the 'Insert Image' popup still shows all the images.

 

In one of such issues I see the number of files in the dir, Image Gallery is pointed to, is 62 and the folder size is several mb.

 

Hope you guys help me solve this issue!

It seems to me, I found the reason of such behaviour.

The thumb preview for newly added image was generated incorrectly (the colors just mashed, unfortunately I cannot attach the snap shot to show it to you).

Therefore I couldn't find the image, though it was actually present in the gallery.

And if I upload the same image on your demo page (http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx), I get the same wrong thumb image!

 

Any ideas why the thumb image preview is not properly generated?
