We are using Live support internally so all our customers are inside our firewall. The Live support Client keeps crashing when tan operator clicks on an individual client. This happens only when the operator is not connected to the outside world. Meaning we have to authenticate to get a URL outside the firewall and the access to the outside world is reset every 5 minutes. It's a corporate security feature. What I don't understand is why does the Live Support client need to hit an outside URL anyway, since our purchased license file is on the intranet server and all clients are internal. Any help would be great.
