Bulleted and Numbered lists in Safari

Hello. I currently have CuteEditor version 5.2 implemented in a development version of a web application. Whenever I would use the app in a Safari browser the bulleted and numbered lists were not available in the toolbar. I was then told by CuteEditor support that bulleted and numbered lists would be available in Safari with the release of version 6.0 of the Cute Editor. I just got done visiting the demo page for version 6.0 in a Safari 2.0 browser and the bulleted lists and numbered lists are still not available in the toolbar. Is there something I need to change in my configuration file in order to enable these buttons? Please advise. This will prevent me from using Cute Editor in the live version of our web app since our clients need to be able to use bulleted and numbered lists.
