My sample sites and subsequent client site do not allow for Image/File/Flash uploading.

When attempting to choose a file to insert, I get the following error:

 

*How do I set which config file to use (Admin, Default or Guest?)

*My settings in each are:  <security name="ImageGalleryPath">/uploads</security>

*That directory exists.

*The IUSER has read/write permissions set on that directory

*My imagegallery.asp page (from software downloaded zip) looks like this: "湩汣摵⁥楦敬㴠∠湉汣摵彥敇却牴湩⹧獡≰ⴠ㸭਍ℼⴭ" throughout.
