Hi Adam,
I was able to reproduce the problem from your cutesoft page (http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx).. When I paste from Word into your editor operating within a Firefox 1.5 browser window, I get the following HTML:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
- Under the ‘Tools’ menu, click ‘Internet Options’.
- Click on the ‘Security’ tab and then the ‘Custom Level’ button.
- Scroll down to the ‘Cookies’ section.
· Set ‘Allow cookies that are stored on your computer’ to ‘Enable’.
· Set ‘Allow per-session cookies’ to ‘Enable’.
- Click OK to save changes.
However, when I paste the same Word content into your editor under an IE6 browser window, I don't get the offending HTML:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
- Under the ‘Tools’ menu, click ‘Internet Options’.
- Click on the ‘Security’ tab and then the ‘Custom Level’ button.
- Scroll down to the ‘Cookies’ section.
· Set ‘Allow cookies that are stored on your computer’ to ‘Enable’.
· Set ‘Allow per-session cookies’ to ‘Enable’.
- Click OK to save changes.
The tags that my content publisher are having difficulty with are:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->
<!--[endif]--><!--[if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->
I'll email you the Word doc as you suggested.
Thanks,
Kazzlo
