3 - Anybody know if a new version with voice chat will be released soon ow will be late?

We don't have the exact date to support the voice chat right now.

 

5 - If i buy a license i have right to get all new updates from software?

 

All minor versions upgrade is free. We may charge the upgrade fee for major version upgrade.
