    Hi, Just downloaded the latest version of cute chat web messenger -sharepoint integration package. Add contact does not seem to work as expected. It is always emtpy. Please help

    Please download the package below, delete the old files "CuteChat.dll","CuteChat.AppCode.dll" and folder "CuteSoft_Client" and use the new one to try again.

    Hi, It does not works it is stil the same "Cannot Add Contact" with the new package as well.
     
    Please advise

    Hi Ken,
     
    The site is an intranet, you cant access it from out side.
     
    If it is allowed, i can arrange for a team viewer session (Remote Session) to view the Messenger.
     
    Kindly take note i am using the SharePoint Integration Package.
     
    Advise please

    Can you explain "It is always emtpy"?
     
    CuteMessenger show add friend Success but the friend list does show the user you added. Or just add friend failed?
     
    Can you try  logged on two different computers and add as Friend  each other?
