Unable to see Properties

When I right click on a table or click on the Cell or Row properties icon--all I get is a popup then a blank page. Is there a setting that might be causing this? I am running 4.x something. I am also running IE as the web browser.

It's strange. Is your site online so you can provide a URL?

Or can you upgrade to the version 5.0?

I just upgraded to version 5 and I still get the same blank popup page. Please email me at jrodriguez at ci.snoqualmie.wa.us so I can give you access to the website so you can for yourself. Thanks!!!!

Would HTTP compression cause this problem?

Disabling HTTP compression seems to fix this problem. . .would you be able to confirm that, Adam?

Yup. . .HTTP compression was the issue. I added the recommended appsettings key and that worked. Thanks Adam.
