Whenever I press InsertParagraph button, it inserts & #160;.  I save the text as an ASCX file and then display, where the character turns into Â. 

 

I used Editor.DisableAutoFormatting = true as suggested to convert & #160; to  , but it looks as if the editor inserts both & #160; and  . 

 

Is there a way to insert <p></p> without any extra characters inside, or a way to display it as a blank in an ASCX file?
