Is there any support with this product?

I wrote to support 3 days ago about the "Enlarge/Reduce" problem in version 5.1,  I didn't get any reply.
I posted a message about this problem in the forum 2 days ago, 2 other users noticed the same problem, CuteSoft did not react.

What should we do to get their attention?

They state they provide support. Where is it?
