I'm cut & pasting from microsoft word into cute editor... it gives me the popup to paste word content into, i paste into the popup, click insert.

it looks fine then, but once submitting and reloading the information into cute editor (or displaying saved text on a page) all of the special characters (angled quotes, etc) have been changed into character codes i've never seen before.

for instance, ’ gets changed into &S217;
